The Pretty girl of finalists from DKI Jakarta province Karenina Sunny Halim was selected as Miss Indonesia in 2009 while representing Indonesia at the Miss World 2009 event in South Africa in the upcoming November. She, karenina was born in Jakarta 13 June 1986 and she became the winner after passing other finalists who came from 33 Provinces in Indonesia, that's 
took place at the Jakarta Convention Center Friday 2009-june-5 night.Another participnts of the Miss Indonesia contest, the third winner was gained by Viviane from Bali and the winner the two Putri jasmines of Dewi's flowers from Sulawesi Barat province.
